Special Needs Nannies

The Elite Nanny Team is very excited to offer special needs nannies who are experienced working with kids who have behavioral challenges, genetic variations, or are blind or deaf.

These caregivers are very experienced in their field.

\We recruit nannies with the specific skills pertinent to your family.

We are the only nanny agency in Minnesota that specializes in caring for unique children.

Our nanny agency defines special need as any individual who possesses or exhibit characteristics that are medically, behaviorally, or genetically based.

We favor nannies who live within 15 miles of your home to ensure their reliability.

Our nanny agency supports positive reinforcement with any behavior modification our nannies enforce.

We want our special needs sitters to work alongside the parents to learn the best way they care for their kid(s) while contributing their own applicable skills.

We favor Personal Care Assistants who are medically trained. Above all else, your caregiver must have a college degree. This is fairly non-negotiable. To become a special-needs nanny apply here.

We want the very best for your child and will go to extreme lengths to find your family an experienced, intelligent, and responsible childcare provider.

If your little one has behavior challenges, we prefer professional babysitters who majored in psychology in college or university.
