A Plymouth, MN, family with two kids need your love and childcare expertise as their full-time nanny. The 20mo is developmentally on track. He loves cars and dinosaurs. The 5yo has mild autism. He is brilliant and does well with boundaries. He attends Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy online.

The parents would love to find a full-time nanny experienced in a developmental delay to start September 1st. As a team, we are looking for a childcare assistant with some experience as a behavior technician. If your skillset is working with autistic children - we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate has several great qualities. We prioritize nannies with outstanding personalities who are highly engaging. Additionally, providers who take the initiative, are very organized, and are motivated are encouraged to apply.
Pay rate: $20 -$23 an hour
Weekday, daytime schedule

Skill Preferences:
A high school degree, GED, or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years working in an expert setting with special education children
An excellent car with a clean driving record
Knowledge of age-appropriate children's development
Possible Early Childcare Education Coursework (ECE) or CDA in college or university
Work experience as a therapist, behavior modification expert, or autism-friendly professional.
First Aid/CPR/SIDS Certification (or willingness to receive training)
Candidates will be able to work independently and take initiative
