Household Manager Nanny for School Kids
We seek a full-time nanny and household manager for a single mother in Minneapolis-St Paul. The family needs help transporting the school-age children to and from elementary school. They also need help with cooking, cleaning, and organization. APPLY NOW
Three days a week, we need help transporting the kids to elementary school (unless you need more hours).
The remaining two days are for housekeeping and management after and before picking up the kids. Please look at the schedule.
If you have experience with special needs children diagnosed with ADHD or partial deafness, this is a bonus.

About Being a Full-Time Nanny
Being a nanny is more than just being a babysitter. Your job is to be engaging, educational, and highly reliable. Nannies are loving and caring go-getters with significant professional childcare experience., responsible for the safety and management of little ones.
You will safely organize educational games and activities that stimulate their minds. In addition, please be highly independent and able to make decisions independently.
Your childcare experience will direct you to respond to emergencies, encourage positive behaviors, and be a good leader.
Schedule Type: Full-Time; Permanent
Monday: 7:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. - optional for the nanny to stay until 12 pm
Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. - required
Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. - optional until 12 pm
Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. - required
Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. - required
Weekends: None
Childcare Job Requirements:
You are legally authorized to work in the United States or have equivalent U.S. work authorization.
You have at least a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Your car runs reliably, and your motor vehicle record (MVR) indicates you are a safe driver.
You have professional childcare experience working in a daycare, preschool, elementary school, or as a year-round nanny.
You can safely transport the children to and from school and activities in your vehicle. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
You have experience managing multiple kids simultaneously.
You are not allergic to cats or dogs.
Household Management Job Preferences:
While attending college (BA/BS) or university, you may have studied some Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework or Child Development Associate (CDA).
You are open to receiving First Aid and CPR certification.
You can help clean the home by vacuuming, doing laundry, wiping counters, cleaning dishes, and emptying the trash.
If you know American Sign Language (ASL), Lo will benefit by learning from you.
You can prepare meals, grocery shop, manage doctor’s appointments, and assist with tasks as needed.
You may have full-time household management experience and strong
organizational skills, the ability to anticipate needs, structure schedules, order home and food supplies, and other duties that may be involved.

Pay: $21 - $27 an hour plus time and a half for over forty hours a week.
Full-Time Benefits: 12 days of paid vacation, some paid Federal Holidays
